If you would like same day collection before 4pm please ensure your order is placed before 6.30am same day. Orders after 6.30am will be ready to collected from 5pm onwards.

Our lashes are synthetic and cruelty free.
They are heat bonded rather than glue to ensure they are light weight on our customers natural lashes.
Our 3D lash trays have 240 fans per tray
We recommend you do not wear mascara when lash extensions are applied. If your clients like to wear mascara we recommend purchasing an oil free extension safe, we sell Max2 in our store.

1. Returns and Exchanges
Hey there, lovely! We want you to be over the moon with your NP Lash Supplies goodies. But we get it, sometimes things don't quite hit the mark. No worries, our return and exchange policy has got your back.
2. Consumer Rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Just so you know, the ACL gives you some pretty cool guarantees. You've got the right to a replacement or refund if there's a major hiccup with your purchase.
3. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Got a change of heart? No problem! You've got 30 days from the day you got your goodies to let us know.
We'd love it if you could send it back in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all the tags and packaging intact.
Just a heads-up, some things like opened skincare, makeup, or personal grooming items can't come back to us unless they were damaged when they got to you.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Ready to make a move? Follow these easy steps:
Email our Customer Service crew at nicole@nplashes.com to generate a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pop that RA number right on the outside of the package you're sending back.
Wrap it up nice and tight to make sure nothing gets damaged on its way back to us.

If something's wrong with your purchase and it's damaged or defective, send us pics and a note about it, so we can sort things out pronto!
5. Refunds
If you're after a refund for an eligible return, we'll refund the purchase price (minus shipping) back to the payment method you used.
It might take a bit (usually 3-5 business days) for your refund to process its way back into your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
Got your eye on something else? If it's eligible, we'll send the replacement over to you as soon as we've got your return in hand.
If the new item you want isn't in stock, we'll organise a refund for the original purchase price.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping stuff back to us? That's usually on you, except when it's our mistake or a product's is faulty.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you unwrap something and it's not looking so hot, or it's just not working like it should, give our Customer Service a shout within 7 days. We'll set things right with a replacement or refund.
9. Final Sale Items
Heads up, some things are tagged as "sale." That means they're not up for grabs for returns or exchanges.
