Can you tell me about the lashes you provide?

Our lashes are synthetic and cruelty free. They are heat bonded rather than glue to ensure they are light weight on our customers natural lashes. Our 3D lash trays have 240 fans per tray We recommend you do not wear mascara when lash extensions are applied as most are oil based which will lead to shorter retention. If your clients like to wear mascara we recommend purchaing an oil free extension safe, we sell Max2 in our store. If you would like different sizes or curls please let us know.

Return and Refund Policy

NP Lash Supplies unfortunately do not offer a returns on received items due Covid-19. If your item is damaged or you have any concerns please get in contact. If your order is placed incorrectly, we offer refunds for all or part of a payment you've made. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your customer's credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
